Hi Andrew,
I have no EPICS_BASE variable defined (I checked).
As a test, I copied D:\EPICS\base\include to d:\EPICS\include, then reproduced the build error.
I think you should be able to reproduce this anomaly in a similar manner.

My mistake. I'm not quite sure how this happened.
I re-unpacked the raw downloaded file, and found that you are correct.

Ok, that's a relief. If you have an environment variable EPICS_BASE pointing to D:\EPICS (and not to D:\EPICS\base) I think that might explain the behaviour of our build system.

That looks OK, bar what appear to be typo's pcDataCPP and pcAccessCPP which might affect your ability to use some V4 modules. The G:\ drive is Janet's default Windows setup.
