Ok, that's a relief. If you have an environment variable EPICS_BASE
pointing to D:\EPICS (and not to D:\EPICS\base) I think that might
explain the behaviour of our build system.

That looks OK, bar what appear to be typo's pcDataCPP and pcAccessCPP
which might affect your ability to use some V4 modules. The G:\ drive is
Janet's default Windows setup.
