Hi Michael,
You can avoid Jenkins flagging versions with tests that you know will fail by wrapping them in a testTodoBegin("reason"); testTodoEnd(); pair, see epicsMathTest.c for an example. The tests still get run, but the harness knows they're supposed to fail.
