I don't test with it, and to my knowledge it isn't used at all for NSLS2.

I can (and do) test with a mingw cross compiler. It's easy since cross
mingw in available for both Debian and RH based linux distributions.

Of course. IMO the threshold for continued support should be the
availability of someone willing to commit resources to maintain it.
