Hej,

Running BASE_3.15.1 under Mac OS X 10.9 there are lots these messages:
../../../src/ioc/rsrv/online_notify.c: CA beacon routing (connect to "192.168.0.255:5065") error was "Connection refused" 

Is this a known issue ?
