CA Gateway moved to GitHub

Dear All,

The EPICS PV Gateway (aka Channel Access Gateway) moved from LaunchPad 
to GitHub, under the epics-extensions umbrella.
Please find us at:   https://github.com/epics-extensions/ca-gateway

The existing LaunchPad project is set up to mirror the new Git repository.
The LaunchPad bugs have been moved to GitHub issues; the LaunchPad bug 
tracker has been closed.
If you need help converting an existing Gateway branch from Bazaar to 
Git and move it to GitHub, feel free to contact me.
