The old Jenkins jobs under "EPICS V4" for Windows don't currently run
the tests in the exampleCPP module, I'm guessing they were failing so I
disabled them (note that this module is not included in the EPICS 7
release, so we weren't too concerned about it for the release).

There do seem to be issues with the tests in my EPICS 7 Windows jobs,
but I think it's just the result reporting, and it looks like a Windows
issue (fixing this isn't high on my priority list right now).
