First of all: obviously, Channel Access filters are part of EPICS 7 - i.e., the API is in Base, and all filters provided with Base still work with no changes.

So, assuming that your question is about using server-side filters with pvAccess - what exactly is your use case?

Do you have existing specific locally developed filter code that you want to use through pvAccess?

Are you using a specific functionality provided by a filter from Base that is not available using pvAccess?
