The error message comes from SourceForge, they are moving the projects websites to a different data center, and short of installing a copy of the V4 site elsewhere (at a different URL) there’s not much we can do until they are finished with that process. They did send out a notice implying that the changeover might be invisible to most projects, but that obviously isn’t the case for us. We do have backups of all our files, and the rest of the website is managed through a git repository stored on github.
