Hi Bruno,

I'm currently working on generating a new EPICS release, and I just noticed that there is nothing in the normativeTypes Release Notes document about all of the updates you made to the validation code back in May and June. Would you have any time in the next working day or so to add some notes about your changes to the top of the documentation/RELEASE_NOTES.md file?

I will need to bump the module's version number from 5.2.2; after your changes, should this become 6.0.0 or would 5.3.0 be a better choice? You could just answer that question in Release notes heading you use if you like.

I suspect the file documentation/ntCPP.html may also need some changes to match your updates. I'm not expecting you to work on that at the same time, but I'd appreciate if you could take a quick look at it and assess how much it might need to be modified. If the changes are trivial and you can do them that would be great, but if not please just include a comment in the Release Notes that the other document has not been updated yet (it already shows an older version and date).
