Public bug reported:
By default waveform records always post updates. The rationale behind
that is that the EPICS developers didn't want to keep another copy of
the array around for comparing (waveforms can be huge). However, in case
of the waveform record the IOC can also keep a 32-bit hash of the array
data around to determine if the data changed. This behaviour can be
controlled by the APST and MPST field. Let's add this feature to the
subArray record as well.
