I checked my configuration. You're right: The build worker image was set
to "Visual Studio 2019". I changed it to "Visual Studio 2015" but it
seems like AppVeyor is not picking up this change (I hit the "new build"
button to test the updated configuration):

Am I missing something? Or could this be an issue with the appveyor.yml
that comes with EPICS 3.15? BTW: The file name is "appveyor.yml" on the
3.15 branch and ".appveyor.yml" on the EPICS 7.0 branch - is that how it
should be?
