I have some difficulties in understanding when installing an NTP TimeProvider.

I had already hinted at this yesterday at the Telco, but perhaps I expressed 
myself badly.

So now a concrete question:

Why is in libCom/src/osi(!)/osiClockTime.c

osdTimeGetCurrent()

implemented?
