The problem of accessing float arrays > 4000 and double > 2000 with
the shell command "caget" has been fixed.
The limitation of array size is removed from the caget. Now it is
limited by the real CA size (currently it is 16K).
A new option of "-# n" on the command line is added. This option
applies only to the array type of record. It allows the user to
get the first "n" values for the array record. If the "-# n"
option is not used then the whole array is returned.
