o The server doc is in progress but has not yet been published on the web.
o There are several examples in base/src/cas/examples.
o There is a brief description of the environment variables for the server
library in config/CONFIG_ENV.
o The gateway was developed at APS. I would contact Janet Anderson
there concerning the source code availability.
