	Well, ar/ar/arCSCheck.c failed to build looking
	for TS_EPOCH_YEAR in tsDefs.h as well.  Since it was in
	an "assert" statement I just commented it out!
	
	It was tempting to just put the missing #defines back in.
	
	There is a lot of non-APS code out there which has 
	accumulated much dependency...
