Hi, all
 This is Chunhong Wang sending this mail from Beijing. I have some
problems with making VxWorks boot ROMs.
I am making a VxWorks boot ROM for MVME162LX board with Tornado 1.0.
My host is PC with NT4.0.
1. From prject menu of Tornado, I chose make MVME162LC, then chose Boot
Rom Target, created bootrom.hex image.
2. converted a.out object file(bootrom) to a binary file by the following
program:
   /tornado/host/x86-win32/bin aouttobin < bootrom > bootrom_bin
3. burn bootrom image into FLASH memory, insert the Motorola-supplied boot
ROM 162Bug into the ROM socket, and remove jumper that selects the boot
option. At the "162-Bug>" prompt, use the "niot", then "niop" 162Bug

option. At the "162-Bug>" prompt, use the "niot", then "niop" 162Bug
commands to download the bootrom image from the host(PC with NT4.0, tftp
server has been installed in the PC).
4.after finishing to  program FLASH Memory, power-down, replace boot
option jumper of MVME162LX and power-up. Upon power-up, execution should
be immediately begin from the image just programmed into flash.
Unfortunately, no  messages appears.
I asked some people of the VxWorks agency in China, still haven't solved
this problem.
Who knows how to solve this problem ?
Any information will be appreciated?
