I'm trying to get hold of a tool to look at some channel archives I've been
collecting,

Everywhere I look ends up pointing me to
http://lansce.lanl.gov/lansce8/Epics/Archiver/Default.htm
which appears to be down at the moment.

Is this a dead URL or just resting?
Can anybody point me at somewhere else I might be able to downlode something
from?
