Yes, I had answer from Mark Rivers, he sent me the libraries and it
works fine.

works fine. We could easily do epics PVs get and put from VB. This
solved our problem to integrate a comertial product, ImagePro with EPICS.

Just one remark: We are using Epics3.13.x.
