Is there a utility that will take a given snapshot from an Archive, and

I haven't used the Channel Archiver and my attempts to compile it have
run in problems but from what I have read there is an ArchiveExport
command that can convert the Archive to a spreadsheet. It should be
possible to take this spreadsheet and convert it into SDDS format with
the plaindata2sdds program.
