The EPICS meeting is being held as a satellite meeting of the 2009 PAC. It is the Thur. - Sat. prior to the PAC. The PAC starts Monday.

I am sorry to be starting on the agenda so late. If you could reply to me with work that you are willing to present, it would be very helpful.
As we are connected to the PAC here, I hope to attract a strong session on fast orbit feedback, model based control, and timing systems.

All of the other areas of tool and core development are also of interest as always.

Please submit talks at your earliest convenience. I'd like to put out a moderately developed agenda by the end of the week.

The possibility of side meetings for Tuesday and Wednesday needs to be explored. If you have a work group that would like to meet prior to our meeting please let us know. Perhaps Rolf has some ideas on where and how we can arrange this.
