x86/makeBaseApp.pl -t ioc blah
norume 234> ls -R
Makefile	blahApp		configure

./blahApp:
Db		Makefile	src

./blahApp/Db:
Makefile

./blahApp/src:
Makefile	blahMain.cpp

./configure:
CONFIG		Makefile	RULES		RULES_DIRS
CONFIG_SITE	RELEASE		RULES.ioc	RULES_TOP
