The difference is that -DMY_DO_BOOTP=rtems_bsdnet_do_bootp tells the BSP to get the board network configuration from a BOOTP/DHCP server while -DMY_DO_BOOTP=NULL tells the BSP to get the network configuration from the NVRAM.
