Hey, guys,

I'm new to the whole StreamDevice thing, but I've been attempting to utilize this functionality over the past month or so to connect to a Tektronix AFG3200B.  I have experienced this weird phenomenon, though, where I get the following error:

Bad init_rec return value  PV: ICS_Devel:AFG3000:cwfreq1_set ao: init_record
2013/06/25 08:28:55.275 L0 vxiConnectPort error 192.168.200.137: RPC: Remote system error - Connection timed out

When I go to the device, itself, it has an IP address through DHCP, and appears to be normal.  A netstat command yields the following results:

This usually happens after repeated attempts to reboot my soft ioc (after editing db records and the protocol file).  I don't think the problem is in my files because I can power cycle to device and reboot my soft ioc to reconnect.  The only thing I can imagine is that the generic ASYN driver I'm utilizing (version 4-12 or 4-14) has a bug in it.  Can you guys offer any suggestions?  I'm running EPICS version R3.14.8.2.  I tried running R3.14.11, but there are some incompatibilities noticed, so I'm sticking with R3.14.8.2 for now.
