Thanks for your reply, however base-3.15.0.1 is available for download at epics site at the following link and it was released on August 1, 2012.

One more thing, I have built base-3.15.0.1 for windows using cross compiler on linux platform (as suggested in Release note) and as far as example ioc is concerned, it is running on Windows XP (32 bit).

Regarding Epics base-3.14.12.3, the build error looks similar, the build log is attached for you. Kindly help me out, actually we are using epics for quite a long time (base-3.14.8.2), now we feel to update our version.

The 3.15.0.1 release was for EPICS developers only and is coming up for
2 years old, so it is very out of date compared to the development
branch in our version control system. There will be a 3.15.1 release for
application and operational use at some point in the future, but until
then please use the 3.14.12 series for application development.
