Hi:
Try getting the "value" property of the switch.

Hi
I have a XYGraph on my opi that I want to 'enable' or 'disable' by clicking a button.
Looking at using the 'Boolean Switch', I cannot figure out what the 'state' is of my button
for instance : in my python code I call is:
from org.csstudio.opibuilder.scriptUtil import PVUtil
a = display.getWidget("xBoolSwitch")
if a.getPropertyValue("push_action_index") == "0":
print "Enable Graph"
elif a.getPropertyValue("push_action_index") == "1":
print "Disable Graph"
However I always get "Enable Graph" printout, even if my 'Boolean Switch' is pressed or not.
Thank
Amien
