Yes, and I have a user set up as such:
CREATE USER 'report'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY '$report'; GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON * . * TO 'report'@'%'; I would have thought the '%' allows this user account to access the database from any IP, right?
