Hi Liang,
I don't understand your geometry well enough to know if kohzuSeqCtl will work. For geometry 2, kohzuSeqCtl expects a Z motion, so the beam doesn't walk off the crystal face as theta decreases. If you don't have a Z motion, you might be able to run in "Freeze Z" mode.
kohzuSeqCtl only controls the motors that must change as theta changes. The other motions in the diagram (chi, theta2, x, y, and x2) are not controlled by kohzuSeqCtl. They are controlled by motor records only.
GEOM selects between geometry 1 and geometry 2.

I have some more question about the optics. We are using the double crystal monochromator( geometry2 ). I read your Instructions:http://www.aps.anl.gov/bcda/synApps/optics/opticsDocs.html The difference between the kohzu2Graphic.opi and ours was that, we just have four motors: one for No.2 crystal pitch, one for No.2 crystal raw, one for No.2 crystal move vertically (to adjust the height of lights), and one for bragg angle. When I set the st.cmd, I found that only "M_THETA, M_Y, M_Z,GEOM" could be set. I think these were different from our monochromator. I think we should set the mCHI2. And what was the GEOM means? Could you give me some suggestion? Regards, Liang yx
