Subject: EPICS Collaboration Meeting, June 11-15

EPICS Collaboration Meetings have traditionally been called "Spring" or
"Fall", relating to the seasons in the Northern hemisphere. The next
meeting will be held in June, and while technically-speaking it still
falls in the Northern spring-time it is a bit later than normal. To
avoid disrespecting our Southern colleagues I've been calling it the
June meeting.

So: The June 2018 EPICS Collaboration Meeting will be hosted at the APS
by Argonne National Laboratory outside Chicago, Illinois during the week
of June 11-15. The first 2 days will mostly comprise satellite workshops
and developer meetings, but there will be a tour of a few areas of the
lab on the Tuesday afternoon. The main conference sessions will start on
Wednesday morning, and finish at lunch-time on the Friday.

For details visit the meeting website which is now available at
    https://epics.anl.gov/meetings/2018-06/index.html

There will be a separate registration site opening in April. In the
mean-time, please start to consider what talks you could offer about
your recent accomplishments using EPICS. We will have time-slots for
both 20-minute and 5-minute talks, so even small projects should be
worth presenting.

More information will be available when the registration website opens.
There will be a small registration fee, to help us cover our costs.

Looking forward to welcoming you to Chicago!

- Andrew Johnson & Ned Arnold, Meeting Organizers
