There are no base-3.16.2 compile issues, but "make runtests" result shows a few errors. Do these errors affect any application?
The errors you saw in the output are actually parts of the test that are meant to fail but which output an error message while running. The most important parts of the output from 'make runtests' are the summaries of the test results that follow the "... ok"
or "... Failed" lines:

Result: PASS
So in your case the only test that is actually failing is epicsCalcTest, and it would be useful for us to see the detailed output from that test. To get that, please run these commands and respond with the output from the Perl script (it will be over 600 lines
long, feel free to send it as an attached file):
cd src/libCom/test/O.linux-arm
perl epicsCalcTest.t
