Yes.  If there are only 2 options you can also use the bo/bi records.

More modern terms for the concepts implemented in the digital EPICS records would be:

bi/bo:    Boolean
mbbi/mbbo:    Enum
mbbiDirect/mbboDirect:    Bitmask
longin/longout:    Integer
