Hi Randall

We have a StreamDevice module for the IDS3010 that I have made available here: https://github.com/dls-controls/attocubeInterf

Let me know if you encounter any issues.

Kind regards,
Ben

Does anyone have an EPICS device driver for an Attocube IDS3010 interferometer?  There was one years ago for the FPS3010 but apparently the IDS is quite different.  I’m hoping not to have to write one!

Thanks

Randall Cayford
