Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System
|
Hi everybody,
My name is Óscar, from Spain, and this is my first message to Tech-talk.
I am writing because I have an initiation doubt about EPICS and, more
specifically, about Control System Studio Phoebus. In particular, I
can't find documentation about how to program scripts using Python and
Javascript. The different classes that are available, their special
objets ("display", "widgets" and so on) and their methods/attributes are
unknown for me. Inside Phoebus there are some examples, but they are not
a formal documentation. Just a glance about some programming
possibilities. On the Internet, in the wild, I have found some pieces of
information, but some of them not even work when I try to use them.
However, I have read messages in this list where people use these
concepts with no problem. So, please, where could I find documentation
about CSS Phoebus programming?
Thank your your time.
Óscar
