Your information of the filenames is wrong.
It looks like you have copied and pasted from a document (Character coding!)?

File name might look like this: /home/test/work/vxconfig/default/vxWorks
Startup script like this: /home/test/epics/synApps_6_1/support/motor-R7-1/modules/motorOms/iocs/omsIOC/iocBoot/iocOms/st.cmd

(And please note the length limitation and use soft-links if necessary - > shorter filenames).
