CSS / Phoebus on Windows 11

Dear All,

Do CSS-4.5.9 or Phoebus work properly on WIndows 11  with JDK 17 installed ?

I am facing issues while running both.

When I try to run CSS-4.5.9, I get a long list of errors in log file which is copied below :
