HI all,
Basically, I am wondering if there is a better way to disable records from processing if a port has been disconnected. What I am currently doing is setting the SDIS field of those records to the CNCT field of an asyn record. Additionally,
I also set the DISV field to be 0. If CNCT is “disconnected”, then the records would be disabled because the DISA and DISV fields contain the same values. I am curious to know if there are alternative or potentially better way to do the very same thing.
Thank you,
Andy
