You should also check that configure/RELEASE is pointing to the correct version of EPICS base in both SNCSEQ and in your IOC application directory.

You need to clean and rebuild (at least) SEQSNC.

A likely scenario is that epics-base, and perhaps other modules, were updated without rebuilding all dependent modules.
