A cursory overview of these pages yields:

1) Fresco evidently runs already on a wide variety of platforms
including Sun, HP, SGI, Dec Alpha, Windows 95/NT, Linux.  A Mac port is
in progress and "fully functional", but clearly not done.

2) Unidraw, the part of Interviews that free_gdct evidently uses, has
not been ported to Fresco.  The developers claim to be working on an
application with some Unidraw features, but the listed features don't
seem to me all that relevant to free_gdct.
