I just tested the win32 version of channel access (R3.12beta13 I guess,
I just got it from Jeff) on Windows 95 and Windows NT 3.51. I can make
the binaries available to anyone that wants to try it out (30% off today only).
My most recent source changes, however, have not yet been incorporated into
the EPICS distribution.
