Perhaps this muddies the water a bit if, in fact, they do have them. I seem to
recall something from Motorola a while back - AHA! - here it is:

The note mentions a 4Mb part which apparently may be used on newer mv167 boards,
but does not mention a part number. I don't know if any (or all?) of our boards
are of the older or newer version. It's quite likely that we have a mix, given
that some of our equipment had a "former life" in a different project.
I'm sending this to tech-talk as I'm sure other sites have the same questions.
