The distribution of the new 3.12.2 release has a vxworks directory described
as a "modified config subtree for the vxWorks distribution of release 5.2".
The files located within the config/mv167 directory seem to be modified from
the WRS 5.1 release, not the 5.2 release. The config/all files are modified
from the 5.2 release.
