As the Win32 Platform Developer, there are two problems that I face.
First, getting the source code has become harder. Since some of the
needed include files are only produced by the build process, and the
build process can only be done on Unix, I have to root around to find
all the files I need.
Second, it would be nice to have a designated area where I could place
a zip file the would have all the binaries that people need to build
EPICS clients under Win32 or Labview. Most of the people that contact me
have not been interested in building the libraries from the full source.
Currently I've been building the source that's been sent to me by Jeff
Hill then building the libraries and distributing them on request via
ftp.
