bug in ca_array_get() when the data type is string

Hello All,

Thanks to Ben-chin Cha at APS a bug (which has probably existed for a 
very long time) as been discovered in channel access.

Symptom:
ca_array_get() of an array of strings only returns the first string
in the array. All other data types work correctly. The companion
routine ca_array_get_callback() works correctly for all data types.

This problem was not located during testing because the data type
conversion test program - ca_test() - uses ca_array_get_callback().

A patch has been checked into CVS at APS and will appear in the 
next release.
