....concerning Peregrine's comments on the Sequencer Auxillary Task crashes:

I will talk with Jeff Hill about a reasonable stack size for seqAuxTask 
and then fix the code appropriately.

The purpose of seqAuxTask is to
(1) provide a single channel access context that is shared by all state
programs on the IOC;
(2) receive all CA events and notify the state set tasks as needed;  and
(3) periodically check for connect/disconnect status on all channels.

Thanks for looking into the cause of the stack overflow problem.
