Dear All,
It would be difficult to explain how little fun it is to handle this.
I would really like to complete this negotiation before I tire of it
and decide it is not worthwhile to negotiate as a group. I have already
received all of the concessions that are needed by LANL. If you are
using EPICS and you are not listed below - please contact me with the
information that I requested earlier. There are 50 sites licensed for
EPICS - and this is a far cry from that. Please take a little time from
your busy schedule to look at this - then I will take a lot of time from
my busy schedule to put it together and deal with it.
