If your OS does not supply this then you may be required to add the following lines to
$(EPICS)/base/src/include/os/sgi/osiSock.h. Otherwise include the SGI header file
that defines IPPORT_USERRESERVED into $(EPICS)/base/src/include/os/sgi/osiSock.h.

I am surprised that we have not seen this on SGI before now...
