The problem that we face in adding additional features and support
to version 3.13 is that we are resource limited. LANL is now
embarked on the SNS project. With our limited resources, we will
have to make a decision to limit our support of version 3.13 if
we are ever to get version 4 underway. We have not made any
decisions regarding the matter, but it would be wise to assume that
very little more than bug fixes will be done on CA 3.13. As it
is, we spend an inordinate amount of unfunded time supporting the
problems that occur in the field. We will continue to do so for
problems. Features are another story......
