Has anyone written support for the SIO_HW_OPTS_SET and SIO_HW_OPTS_GET
options that set/get the number of data bits, stop bits, parity . . . , for
either the cd2400 or z85230 (mvme167 or mvme172lx) serial drivers.  If not,
my plan is to write them following the template I downloaded from APS.  I
could also use any information/thoughts you might have about interfacing
these options with other serial support.  I am presently working with Jeff
Hill's drvSerial.c, v 1.5.
