Hi William,

Have you added a snl specific command that will delete sequencers.
We really need to be able to delete sequences without bringing iocs down.
One of the main advantages of using the sequencer is that you can
debug it without rebooting the ioc, in contrast to debugging databases.
With the sequencer I am currently using I can try out something delete,
try out something else delete, etc. until the sequence works.
When I tried your new sequencer most recently the ioc stopped
responding as soon as I killed the sequence.
