Subject: Epics 3.14 build

Hi,

While building Epics 3.14 for a Linux host (RedHat 6.2, egcs-2.91.66), I had a problem
of doubly defined symbols in caServerI.cc and casEventMask.cc
(resTable <casEventMaskEntry, stringId>)

I could make it build by commenting out the resTable template definition in
caServerI.cc (because it looked like being not much in use there.)

I wonder if this was the right thing to do? I haven't noticed any problems with the
ioc software on the host (yet.)

regards,
           Timo
